Business analysts require strong business knowledge and professional skills to be effective in their roles. In this course, you’ll learn about competencies fundamental to business analysis, including behavioral characteristics, business knowledge, and understanding of tools and technology as prescribed in A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) v3 by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course will assist in preparing the learner for the IIBA®’s Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certification exam.
