Individuals wishing to obtain the Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Voice Certification designation. Candidates should have completed 640-802 Cisco Certified Network Associate, or 640-822 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 and 640-816 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 2. Candidates should also have completed 640-461 Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM) v8.0.

Description
Within Cisco Unity Connection, call routing takes control of the call flow. Call handlers are used to build auto-attendant functionality with Cisco Unity Connection. This course explains the call management options in Cisco Unity Connection and the user templates which are the basis for creating new users. This course also explains how to resolve the most common issues with Cisco Unity Connection integrations and presents the Cisco Unified Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT). It also covers the micro and macro traces for Cisco Unity Connection.
