Individuals wishing to obtain the Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Voice Certification designation. Candidates should have completed 640-802 Cisco Certified Network Associate, or 640-822 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 and 640-816 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 2. Candidates should also have completed 640-461 Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM) v8.0.

Description
Cisco Unity Connection system settings are the main parameters used to define its integration with a call-processing system.
This course explains the difference between integrating Cisco Unity Connection with Cisco Unified Communications Manager by using Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP) and by using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The configuration for both protocols is presented in detail.
