Adding visual elements to Excel worksheets can help to enhance what can sometimes be dry facts and figures, making it easier to hold the attention of the intended audience. A balance needs to be struck, however, between enhancing and overwhelming when it comes to adding graphics and colors to your Excel workbooks. Excel 2010 provides you with a number of basic and advanced techniques for customizing common elements such as charts, themes, cell styles, and graphics.
