No one can afford to be complacent about the potential for corruption when doing business. Bribery is unethical and, in many locations around the world, illegal. Despite the harsh penalties for both the individual and the company that can result from violations, bribery remains a serious risk. This course defines bribery in the context of international business dealings. It describes the basic concepts of bribery, and explores strategies for preventing bribery in international transactions.
