This is an introductory course on wireless local area network (WLAN) fundamentals. Upon completion of this course, students will understand Radio Frequency (RF) and 802.11 essentials and be able to use, position, plan, implement, and operate Cisco WLAN networks. The scope of the course includes small, medium, and enterprise installations and, in addition to implementation, includes wireless design and troubleshooting.


To fully benefit from this course, successful completion of the following courses (or equivalent experience) is strongly recommended:
