To monitor and manage some of the system components of Oracle E-Business Suite, run some troubleshooting wizards, and use the Support Cart feature in Oracle Applications Manager (OAM)

  • access the pages used to view and monitor forms, monitor JServ, and manage the state of hosts with Oracle Applications Manager (OAM).
  • set up monitoring for critical activities, configure the Forms Runaway Process Detection feature, and configure settings for a host, given a scenario.
  • identify the appropriate troubleshooting wizard to use, given a scenario, and use the Support Cart feature in Oracle Applications Manager (OAM).
  • run the appropriate troubleshooting wizard, given a scenario, and use the Support Cart feature to create a zip file for Oracle Support.
