Description
This course provides instruction on Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and explains its importance, legal protections, privacy procedures, and reporting requirements. This includes personal information about both federal employees and private citizens. This course will help federal employees understand the importance of the privacy of personal information. It outlines how federal employees should follow federal privacy laws and ensure Fair Information Principles (FIPs) are followed.
