  • identify the password policy for administrative accounts, how to protect Microsoft Windows against common exploits, and common security practices and settings that are not recommended on Cisco CallManager.
  • secure the Cisco IP Telephony Operating System and modify the local security policy in a given scenario.
  • identify the threats in accessing Cisco CallManager Administration remotely and the function of HTTPS.
  • recognize how to enable CallManager Multilevel Administrator Access, and define MLA functional groups and user groups.
  • recognize how to configure a level of security so that a user can configure a Cisco Survivable Remote Site Telephony reference.
  • enable and configure MLA in a given scenario.
