Internet Explorer 11 includes several enhancements to improve the user browsing experience. This course introduces the Address Bar Combination enhancement for Internet Explorer 11 and how to set customizations to enhance browsing, as well as how to use the InPrivate Browsing option and configure basic general settings. In addition, the use of tabs and windows for multitasking, and a section on working with search engines, is covered. Using the Address Bar

  • start the course
  • work with the address bar in Internet Explorer 11 as a starting point for browsing
  • specify a search term in the address bar using the default search engine in Internet Explorer 11
  • use a URL to surf the web and apply the option to remove the AutoSearch feature in Internet Explorer 11
