Description
Outlook 2013 is the latest release of Microsoft’s primary messaging client. Outlook provides all of the tools necessary for managing e-mail, scheduling tasks, and communication. This course addresses the basic features and functionality of Outlook 2013 – how to navigate Outlook 2013, view and reply to incoming e-mails, and create new mail messages.
This course will help prepare learners for the Microsoft Certification Exam 77-423: Outlook 2013 which certifies individuals as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Outlook 2013.
