Is there a specific browser that works better than others?
YES! You will need to use Internet Explorer (not EDGE) or Mozilla Firefox. Be sure you have the latest version of Java and Flash player downloaded. Also, make sure the pop-up blocker is turned-off.
Can you train on mobile devices?
Yes! Make sure you turn on desktop mode.
How can I change my password?
Your password can be changed on your KnowledgeNet Campus. Go to the left-hand side, scroll six tabs down, and you will see the "change my password" box.
