What kind of help can I get at the Student Technology Help Desk?
This service is available to provide help to students with questions related to their KnowlegdeNet Campus and courses. We know the campus like the back of our motherboards! We are also available to support any issues that you may have accessing courses.
Is there a specific browser that works better than others?
YES! If you have the All Access campus, you will need to use Internet Explorer (not EDGE) or Mozilla Firefox. Be sure you have downloaded the latest Java and Flash player. Also, please make sure that pop-ups are allowed to the browsers. EIT will work on any browser.
Can you train on mobile devices?
Yes make sure you turn on desktop mode.
How can I change my password?
Your password can be changed on your KnowledgeNet Campus! To the left-hand side. Six tabs down, you will see and 'change my password' box.
