Overview

Cisco Unified Communications systems have different end-user interfaces to allow end users to interact with the Cisco Unified Communication systems, personalize settings, and enhance productivity. In this course, you will learn how to use these available interfaces for end users. You’ll also explore an overview of call flows and call legs in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Video TelePresence Communication Server (VCS), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express. This course is one of a series in the Skillsoft learning path that covers the objectives for Cisco exam 210-060: Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices.

Target Audience

This course is aimed at collaboration, video, IP network and telephony engineers who are embarking on, or further developing their collaboration and video skills.
