This course explains Cisco Unity Connection system settings, which contain many configuration options. It discusses system distribution lists and authentication rules as well as roles and restriction tables. Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) integration with synchronization and authentication is also covered and how you can use LDAP filters to modify the LDAP search bases.
Finally this course explains Cisco Unity Connection dial plan partitions and search spaces.

Individuals wishing to obtain the Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Voice Certification designation. Candidates should have completed 640-802 Cisco Certified Network Associate, or 640-822 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 and 640-816 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 2. Candidates should also have completed 640-461 Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM) v8.0.
