Cisco CIPT1 6.0: User Features and Call Presence

This course is included in our On-demand training solution.

Overview

Today, users are mobile, working from home, the office, airport lounges, or while traveling. In order to be able to communicate with others efficiently, it is helpful to know about their current availability. Cisco Unified Communications solutions offer presence information about the reachability and status of a user. Cisco Unified Communications Manager also natively includes features such as presence-enabled speed dials and call lists. This course describes a selection of user features, such as the new intercom feature, phone services, and user web pages. Present Cisco Unified Communications Manager natively-supported features are also discussed.
