  • recognize the protocol application firmware versions supported by the Cisco IP Phone 7960 and 7940 platforms, and identify firmware naming conventions.
  • install and configure the Cisco CallManager CTL client.

  • recognize the function of signaling and media encryption, and identify the system requirements and tasks involved in securing signaling media.
